If no furniture nearby, crouch near wall - Stay clear of heavy things that might fall and glass - If in bed, stay in bed - Avoid interior doorways - Brake a wheelchair - If driving, stay in car - Move to side of road and stop away from structures or objects that may fall - When shaking stops - First, check for injuries and get first aid - Then, help injured or trapped people.
